Essex and London Garden Designers – Weekly Diary Week 20
Katrina has been working on the garden design in Thorpe Bay which features the summer house, greenhouse, and raised railway sleeper beds. She has emailed the client a visual for approval.
A client who Katrina visited a couple of weeks ago in North London have now followed up and commissioned Earth Designs for a garden design package. This small courtyard garden needs to maximise the space for a growing family and Katrina has devised some ingenious ideas to get the most from the space.
Work continues on a garden with our garden landscapers in East London. The railway sleeper archways and furniture have now been constructed and next week the team will be turning their attentions to the planting, lighting and lawn.
The garden build in Leytonstone is almost complete with just the planting, cleaning and final finish to do before handing over to the client in time for the birth of her baby!
Real Homes have been in touch again about featuring one of our gardens in next months edition. Marcus Harpur is writing the article to go with a set of images he took of the space last year and will be interviewing Katrina and the client for publication.
Another job on the horizon is for a client who we went to see a few weeks ago looking for a garden designer in Leigh-on-Sea. They have a tricky site which is arranged over two levels so are looking for a brand new design for the top level and a smoother route to the area at the bottom. Their budget is limited for the scale of the project so they are looking to undertake part of the works themselves. Matt is due to have a site meeting with them to discuss some options before they hopefully commission a garden design package.
