London Garden Design Diary Week 9 2012

This Garden Design London Diary sees this week Katrina has been working on a garden postal design for a client based in Hackney. They would like their design for a small urban garden to include a small area of grass, paving and a water feature.

Matt continues correspond with the client wanting landscaping in Bushey. The client previously had a design drawn by another company,  and Matt has now produced the budget for his approval. The project includes paving, planting, raised beds, fences and hardwood decking.

Enquiries are beginning to flow into the studio from people looking for London garden design, with a few enquiries for designs further afield. This week Katrina has received enquiries from potential clients in Hertfordshire, Basildon, Wandsworth, Islington and Crouch End.

A garden consultation gift vouchers has been purchased from our garden presents site. The customer has purchased the voucher for her mother’s birthday. Katrina expects to be contacted to visit the Berkshire garden in the next few weeks.

Matt continues to put the final touches to the garden in Hertfordshire.

Work on the garden design portfolio continues, with the web-site update now underway. Katrina hopes to be able to commission the updated portfolio in the next week or so.

Matt is making final amendments to the budget for the landscape in Leyton which we won last week. The client has included a shed, removed the bench and wants to clarify a few items including specific tree species.
