We have recently moved our garden designer in Leigh-on-Sea back to her home ground. That is why she was delighted to get a call from a local lady looking for some ideas for her terrace property just off Leigh Broadway. This client wanted to create something different in her small garden. She planned to build it herself and was looking on the internet for a garden designer in Leigh-on-Sea when she found Earth Designs.
Our concept specified Indian Sandstone paving throughout the main area, with the side return given over to a mixture of planting and a feature pergola with space for Wendy house for her young daughter. The main space will feature a decked daybed and bench to provide for a variety of entertaining scenarios. A water blade set into a rendered wall pours into a rill running towards the house, alongside which will be placed stepping stones in a contrasting colour to the main paving. A feature wall at the back of the space is intended to mask the unsightly wall of the neighbouring property. A bed cuts through the middle of the space, with decorative oak cubes nestled amongst leafy planting.
