Textiles for the garden

Sometimes simple ideascan create a big impact. These Garden Painting textiles from The Garden Textile Company by Jo Pearl are great for packing a strong punch. Shown here amongst planting, they work well to add bold blocks of colour and are safe to leave out throughout the seasons. Strong designs of a botanical theme seem to work best dotted amongst planting, where they can be left to flutter in the breeze.

The fabrics used by Jo Pearl are machine washable at 60 º C. Taking advantage of recent advances in technology, these fabrics are also UV stable and water resistant. So, gardeners can use them as integrated elements in their designs, safe in the knowledge that they are easy to clean, and will not rot or fade as printed fabrics have been prone to until recently.
