LEIGH-ON-SEA COTTAGE GARDEN DESIGN
Brief
The client would like a low maintenance space with the emphasis on outdoor cooking and entertaining.
They would like a traditional rustic appearance to the design, in keeping with the style and age of the property.
They are also keen to retain the sea view. The new design needs to include sufficient storage for a motorbike, surfboard, small freezer and log store.
Other features that should be considered in the final design are a water feature, a barbecue area and traditional brick walling.
