PONDSIDE GARDEN DESIGN IN EAST LONDON

Brief

This split-level garden is underused and in need of renovation. The side return is very wide and long. There is an existing pond which is too large for the space but the client would still like to have a pond in the new design. The garden is quite overlooked so some provision for privacy screening should be considered. The client is considering installing a new conservatory in the future which also needs to be taken into consideration in the design. She would also like to undertake the build in stages.
