Brief

The client would like to improve privacy in the garden and hide some of the neighbouring properties from view.

They would like to remove the raised area to the rear of the garden to bring to the same level as the rest of the space.

Although they are happy not to have a lawn, some provision for their children to enjoy the space should be considered in the design.

Areas for dining and relaxing are also required.

A garden office may be installed to the rear of the garden at a later date.
